Namaka Subsea sign three-year NAMS support contract with PETRODIVE

Namaka Subsea, a leading provider of subsea consultancy services, is pleased to announce signing a three-year contract with PETRODIVE for NAMS support. This contract will involve Namaka Subsea restructuring and consolidating PETRODIVES’ global diving assets in Africa, South America, and the Middle East.

Under the terms of the agreement, Namaka Subsea will provide PETRODIVE with expert support and services to optimize their global diving assets to ensure maximum operational efficiency. This includes the management of all diving-related equipment work orders, the DESIGN audits of the dive spreads, and implementing best practices for asset maintenance.

PETRODIVE is an independent diving company providing the Maritime and the International Oil and Gas Industry with a complete underwater contracting service. Their Head office is based in Dubai, but they operate mostly in West Africa, the Caribbean, and the South America region. All offshore diving services comply with the guidelines set by Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) and the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA).

PETRODIVE is a Contractor (Co) member of the IMCA, participating in the work of the Diving Division in Europe, Africa, and South America. With more than 20 years of relevant experience in subsea management, the company’s mission is to offer qualitative services with a strong emphasis on safety and operational efficiency.
