Safety Coaches and Project HSEQ teams are however provided to organisations that are undertaking complex tasks or working on critical assets to ensure regulatory standards are met. This service is a managed service by Namaka Compliance where by, personnel are deployed by individuals who have operated in these critical industries as opposed to direct recruitment.

Athena screen

What separates Namaka’s personnel is that all the teams are require to update CPD and given training/coaching prior to being deployed and all their competence is controlled through our Competence Management system ‘Athena’ to ensure all learnings are captured.
