It is our aim to take the knowledge and experience gained by our personnel, over the years, to provide both technical and operational support to our Clients within the subsea industry.

Is your diving safety management system (SMS) guiding safety behaviour? Is your system reviewed on a regular basis and compliant with current legislation?

Do You have a diving management system, and do you have policies and procedures that determine what safety legislation you need to comply with? Do You have risk assessments and a plan, and are you organised?

If you answered yes to all of the above then you could presume that your diving management system is working for your organisation and that you are compliant.

But is there doubt? Perhaps a few issues are arising here and there, and they shouldn't be. You already have all the procedures and controls in place to make sure problems don't arise. So, is there a problem? Has something been missed? Has anything changed? What if one of these minor issues escalates into a significant non-compliance issue?

That is what a management analysis and reviews are there to prevent. It's a regular activity conducted to keep your compliance management on track and keep your business in control.

Namaka Subsea has the expertise and industry knowledge to review such systems. We will highlight all the positives and any opportunities for change and suggest ways to implement these if required to help improve the overall effectiveness of such systems on a day to day basis.

The areas we will cover during these reviews are as follows:

  • Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system
  • Offshore diving safety management system
  • Company policies
  • Diving operations manual
  • Diving emergency procedures
  • Diving system operating and emergency procedures
  • Diving medical support
  • Personnel competence
  • Assessment of the diving system equipment
