Namaka Subsea sign MOU with Marine Consulting Company

Namaka Subsea, a global subsea subject matter expertise company, sign a memorandum of understanding with Aberdeen based Seacroft Marine Consultants.

Seacroft Marine Consultants, a leading provider of marine assurance, DP assurance, offshore consultancy, and marine safety services, and Namaka Subsea have signed the agreement after the completion of successful projects in the Europe & Asia. The agreement will see both companies share each other’s subject matter expertise across regional operations, as well as offering a Complete Vessel Assurance service agreement to clients utilising multiple project vessels.

The MOU will also see Namaka Subsea add Seacroft Marine Consultant’s portfolio of training courses, including Seacroft’s SafeZone® 500 programme and Marine Awareness course, which will be hosted remotely and presented by a Seacroft subject matter expert.

Sandy Harper, Director at Namaka Subsea added “We have recently completed a project in Singapore, providing a Complete Vessel Assurance to a diving contractor with the assistance of Seacroft. Signing the MoU will allow both companies to offer service agreements to clients with a single point of contact.”
